If you are located in the Levant Area, kindly visit www.tachapro.com and click “Register.” You will have to fill out the registration form and upload your certificate or diploma from a course in the beauty industry, or your business license. Someone from our team will review your application and approve your account within 1-2 business days. At which point, you will receive an email stating your registration has been approved and activated! It’s that simple. Afterwards you can log into your account using the username and password you chose upon registration, and begin to browse our website of offerings and products and order online!

Processing new orders typically takes 1-2 business days.

Shipping and delivery can be anywhere from 2-6 business days, depending on where you are located. We deliver using a third-party logistics service.

Simply mix 1 ½ scoops of powder with 1 scoop of water to create a jelly like consistency. Spread it evenly over your clients face and let it sit for 15-20 minutes before peeling off.

We recommend applying our cure ampoules prior the Hydrojelly for a maximum result!

We are pleased to say that most of our masks are safe to use for new and expectant mothers. Our masks are made from certified organic ingredients. We always encourage service providers to have their clients check in with doctors prior to any treatment. Should their medical team approve of the treatment, all of our masks are safe for use during pregnancy and nursing, excluding the following two:

- ALA Spot Diminishing

- Vampire PLLA Infusion

The above two items contain Sculptra, and as a result, we do not recommend their use during this time.

HYDROJELLY MASK SEAL NOTICE

The seal in the Hydrojelly lid is designed to compress to keep the powder inside the container during storage and shipping. The seal is not intended to “stick” to the container, though sometimes it does. If you receive a Hydrojelly product from esthemax and the seal is not stuck to the mouth of the container, then rest assured that the product is fine. The seal is doing its job even though it does not adhere to the mouth of the container. All of our products are manufactured under stringent good manufacturing practices to ensure product safety and freshness. Also note that as the seal is not intended to adhere to the jar and these products are filled and packaged in accordance with our quality control plan, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for Hydrojelly units where the seal does not adhere to the mouth of the jar. The seal does not indicate used or damaged product.
