KEY INGREDIENTS: Alpha Arbutin

Arbutin is a glycoside phyto-chemical extracted from bearberries and other medicinal plants. Arbutin can even skin tone and brighten the skin by inhibiting tyrosinase activity and the skin’s production of melanin. Alpha Arbutin is much stronger in effect than Arbutin or Beta Arbutin. It reduces the appearance of skin pigmentation, softens the appearance of spots and freckles, and does not cause toxic, irritating, or allergenic effects on melanocytes. By reducing the appearance of pigmentation spots and puffiness, this booster evens skin tone.
Arbutin is non -irritating, so it is gentle on sensitive skin. It also does not increase the skin’s sensitivity to the sun.
